Enable 2FA

1. Log in to https://my.midas.host.
2. Go to Security → Two‑factor authentication.
3. Scan the QR code with Authy, 1Password, or Google Authenticator.
4. Enter the 6‑digit code to confirm.
5. Save recovery codes.
